Welcome to Tides Counselling Cork.

Previous to completing my counselling training with Cork Counselling Services, I completed an honours degree in Drama and Theatre Studies with University College Cork. My background includes theatre work and a post-graduate qualification in education. In therapy, my aim is to create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment for all. I am passionate about the work I do and feel privileged to journey alongside clients. I firmly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and meeting you exactly where you are. I adhere to the IACP Code of Ethics and attend regular supervision and CPD.
